Suddenly, Karyn giggled.
Jon turned towards her. "Karyn, none of this is funny. Why are you ..." he said, before stopping suddenly and staring at her. He took a step back.
Karyn was different. There was no flash of light or anything. One moment, she was herself, then the next she was ... a bimbo. But maybe that's how it worked for the first person changed. Sarah, Nadine, and Zoe were all outside of the cafeteria when they changed, so Jon wasn't able to see.
She was wearing a tight pink baby-T shirt with a low neckline, which showed off her cleavage quite well, a white pleated micro miniskirt, and five-inch pink heels. She was also wearing lots of pink make-up. Karyn would never wear anything like this normally. She was just too much of a tomboy.
"Oh god, Karyn. You changed."
She giggled again. "Jon, you're silly."
"No really. You're different. Don't you notice it?"
Karyn looked down at herself, then back up at Jon and smiled. "I'm pretty!" She giggled. "I like being pretty."
"Oh Karyn," he said, his face falling. Was there anything left of his friend in there? It was like half her intelligence had evaporated.
