I saw the principal pressing the button.
It was too late to do anything. A bright light shone from the device and as soon as I looked at it I felt I want nothing else just to stare into it forever. The light started pulsating and slowly I felt my body becoming lighter and lighter. My vision seemed to float towards the light.
It was like a science-fiction movie where people are abducted by some sort of light from a UFO ship... Unbelievable.
I was getting closer and closer to the device and before I realized what was happening I was inside the light itself.
I looked around. Everything was white. And I couldn't see my body. I was just bare consciousness suspended somewhere in space and time. Probably in the device's memory. Then I saw words appear in front of me.
"SUBJECT 56: JON GIBSON" It said "BODY STATUS: TO BE STORED"
Great. So I was to end up in a foreign body. Fantastic...
"LOOKING FOR A NEW HOST..."
"HOST FOUND"
"NEW HOST: SARAH MCMILLAN"
"O shit." I thought. "So now I was to end up in one body with this bitch Sarah McMillan. The biggest whore in the whole school, but also... let's admit that... the hottest girl this town has ever seen."
If I had eyes at that time I'd probably cry.
All at once the words displayed disappeared and I felt I'm being ejected out of the device. I was being ejected to experience the worst week of my life...
