It was Yuki Meshida. Sarah had seen her around school, but couldn't remember her name, even though she stuck out as the only Asian girl in their grade. A Japanese surname -- other than Miyagi and a couple others she had seen on TV or in the movies -- was hard enough to remember, but a Japanese personal name? Too much.
Sarah locked eyes with Yuki, and suddenly felt...something. Then her mind went completely blank.
