"You're not my brother," Zoe said. "You're ... some kind of troll." Jon watched his sister back away from him slowly and then towards her mom, who was lying on the floor, still out.
"Zoe, you know perfectly well that I'm an ogre, not a troll," Jon said. He had been an ogre ever since the day his mother (the woman he now called his mother) had found him in the woods. He had been a part of this family ever since.
His sister bent down and tried to help her mom out of the room.
"Why are you acting like you don't know me?" Jon asked, taking a step forward.
"Keep away from us!" Zoe yelled. "You ... you monster!"
"Zoe, what the hell is wrong with you?" Jon asked, as he approached them.
