"Actually I think there is one more thing I'd like to do" Zoe said with a grin, to Jon/Jessica's less then stellar reaction, "Don't worry, it will make you really quick for swim team, and I already made the change."
Jessica looked her self over and didn't notice any change.
"What did you do?" She asked.
Zoe took a glass of water off the table and splashed it on Jessica. Quickly her clothes vanished. Her legs fused together and formed one large fish tail. She somehow stayed standing for a moment before flopping to the ground with a thud.
"Zoe! I'm a mermaid!" Jessica protested as Karyn tried to help her to a sitting position. "How you expect me to get anywhere, especially practice like this?"
"I don't" Zoe quiped and grabbed her back pack getting ready to leave, "Ok, fine. When you dry off your legs will come back, and when you get wet you'll be a mermaid. See ya!"
