As he closed his eyes briefly, Jon felt his world ripple around him. When he opened them, he saw that his room had been drastically changed. It was very similar to Zoe's room now. Several of the posters, skulls, CDs, and old books were very much like the ones that were in his sister's room.
His new full-length mirror allowed him to get a better look at himself. He was skinnier and paler than he used to be, and he was wearing an only slightly more masculine version of the clothes that Zoe wore. He had on black leather boots with a slight heel, a knee-length black ripped skirt, and a fishnet shirt. He also noticed that he had piercings, one in each nipple, a tongue stud, a nose ring, and a lip ring, as well as several in each ear. His hair was dyed black, and he was wearing heavy eye makeup, black lipstick, and black nail polish.
If all of this surprised him, it didn't show. While he was certainly not used to seeing himself like this, he also found himself thinking that he looked pretty good.
He smiled, then walked out into the hall, eager to see how the rest of his family had changed.
