A few seconds after Jon's wish his mother Linda was greeting a new client of the law firm's. That person was Marcus Lee Jane (owner of Jane Shipping and Transport Corporation.) He has a chain of trucking and shipping outlets all over the east coast. Lake Point is the corporate office. Marcus Jane is also suspected to have ties to organized crime. He is under investigation for transporting of drugs, people, and stolen goods for few of the larger crime families yet to proven.
He just got a job from one of the head of the families to find some stone that was tracked to of all places here in Lake Point. He was informed that he was to acquire the item by any means necessary. He was told that once he had it to not touch it a get to them right away. Marcus wondered what was so important about some stone but was smart enough to not ask questions. Before he could track it down there was some legal business to take care of first. The reason why he was here was to see his defense lawyer Mr. Fiennes.
"Pardon me miss I'm here to see Mr. Fiennes," said Marcus in smooth and charming tone. "Greetings sir just one moment I'll see if he is available," replied Linda warmly. In that moment both Marcus and Linda were disoriented for a second but regained there bearings.
Marcus sitting at the receptionist desk wearing cheap shirt and tie responded, "Maim, if you could wait for just a moment he will be available once he done with current appointment." Linda was standing there in very expensive business suit looked at her Rolex then looked back at Marcus with inpatient look. "Fine just tell Mr. Fiennes that Linda Madison of Madison Shipping and Transport is here to see him and that I'm on a tight schedule and in a hurry," said Linda. With that she went into one of the waiting rooms leaving Marcus to relay the message to his boss.
