Jon could feel the stone pulsating with power as he added some afterthoughts: "I wish that who swaps with who would be completely random and that only Karyn and I would remember who we were before; we will remember both realities. I wish nobody will think it is odd, regardless of who's personality we have, if Karyn and I act like friends."
Jon couldn't get anything else out before the stone sent out an explosion of magical power. The energy filled Jon, and he felt himself changing. He closed his eyes as he felt his skin crawl as reality warped around him. Then, as quickly as it had begun, the vertigo stopped, and Jon felt the earth stand still. Jon cautiously opened his eyes, then widened them at the changes around him.
