After they discussed what had happened to their families, Jon and Mark heard a knock on the door.
Jon opened it and saw Mikey standing in the hall, still dressed like his mother. "Honey, dinner's ready," he said, effeminately.
Mikey then moved down to the next door and knocked on Zoe's former bedroom. For the next seven days, it would belong to Linda (Jon's mother).
"Linda," Mikey said loudly, so he could be heard over Linda's metal music.
The door opened just enough so that Mikey could see who he now thought was his daughter. "What the fuck is it?" the new gothic Linda asked.
"Linda," Mikey snapped, putting his hands on his hips. "Watch your language. I just came up to tell you that dinner is ready. And I expect you to be down there. The Scotts are joining us tonight, so I want you on your best behavior."
"Whatever," Linda said, getting increasingly annoyed that she was being interrupted from whatever she was doing.
"Listen, young lady," Mikey said firmly. "If you're not down there when dinner starts and act like I want you to, then I'll just have to ground you."
"Fine," Linda muttered, then slammed her door.
Mikey shook his head and walked back downstairs.
