Waiting in line at the movie theater, Jon wondered how Karyn was coping with her new "Sarah" personality. So, he decided to call her. But when he tried, he got no answer. He started to worry that something was wrong. If he had the wishing stone with him, he could have just wished to know if Karyn was alright. But he left it at home.
"Earth to Jon," Sarah said, waving her hand in front of Jon's face.
"Huh?"
"Are you gonna buy tickets, or what?"
"Oh. Right." He paid for the tickets and then they went inside to get popcorn and drinks before the movie.
Meanwhile, Kyla was running back outside to where she left Sabrina and Stephanie, crying as she did.
"Kyla! What happened?" Stephanie yelled.
"That bitch's boyfriend hit me." She took her hand away from her face to show that she was bleeding.
Sabrina became angry. No way was that football jerk going to get away with this. She started walking towards Karyn's house.
"Wait. Where are you going?" Kyla asked.
"I'm going to Karyn's house to teach them a lesson. They can't treat you like that."
Kyla smiled weakly. She was glad that she had such good friends that would stand up for her at a moment's notice. "We'll get back at them. I promise. But first, I'll need my book," she said, referring to the occult book she used to poison Karyn and Biff a few days before.
All three Goth girls smiled and walked back to Kyla's house.
