Jon sat in his Trigonometry class, waiting for the room to be filled up with the other students.
He saw Kyla walk in, smiling and waving to him. It brought back a sense of deja vu, since Sarah did the exact same thing the previous day.
Just before the class started, Jon saw Karyn walk in. It was jarring to see her as a Goth girl. She sat down at her desk, sat back, and crossed her arms in front of her corset. She obviously didn't want to be there.
Jon couldn't help but stare at her, and after half a minute she noticed it.
"What the fuck are you staring at?" she hissed.
"Uh, nothing," Jon answered, turning back around and facing the front.
The teacher Mrs. Watson walked in and the class began.
Apparently, unlike the previous day, Sarah was not in this class. Later in the day, Jon discovered that she was in fact ahead by one year in math. So, instead of taking Trigonometry, she took Pre-Calculus. It seemed that Sarah was a lot smarter in this reality. Which kind of shows that if the original Sarah would actually start making an effort in schoolwork, she could potentially be as smart as this Sarah. But the original Sarah was far too interested in cheerleading, popularity, and looks.
The class went as normally as possible, which was good. Jon didn't want to go through something like the previous day. At least here, Karyn and Zoe didn't seem to have a problem with each other.
Well, as far as Jon knew.
