Zoe Interprets - Jon's Pregnancy afternoon day three

"It's nice to see Sarah being nice to you. I know you two haven't been close."
"Everyone has been nice so far. Even the principal talked to me today in a kind way."
"That's good. It's hard enough being pregnant, but having the support of your family and community goes a long way."
"..I still don't like it." The two rode in silence the rest of the way to the office. Jon got out and went to the office window to check in. The medical assistant came out to get Jon, who gestured to his mom to say in the waiting room. She sat down, looking disappointed. After Jon was weighed, he went into the exam room and sat on the table, after getting changed into a gown. The poster of the head of the baby compared to the cervix was scarier than it was when he was last here. The MA came in and drew blood, after explaining that Dr Nicholas will want it, and left a cup for Jon to pee into.
The doctor walked in.
"Good afternoon, Jon. You look well."
"Thanks Dr Nicholas. What do we have to do today?"
"Well, we are going to draw blood for some odds and ends. We do have to do a pap. We will finish up with the ultrasound to see how the baby is doing."
"Do we have to do all that?"
"It's recommended by the ACOG, to make sure you and the baby are as health as possible."
"...fine."
"Ok Jon, scoot down for me. I'll need you to spread your legs while I do the pap. Put your feet here."
Jon wiggled down and put his feet into the rests. His legs open for the world to see his vagina. He felt cold.
"Jon, I'm going to start with doing a bimanual exam and then do the pap. I know this is new for you. This is not painful."
Dr Nicholas put her fingers into his vagina after putting on lubricant. At first, it was weird having something inside him, but after a moment, it started to feel...pretty good.
"Everything is good so far, Jon. Now for the pap smear."
Jon felt her fingers slide out of him and felt empty in a place he hadn't noticed before.
"3...2...1..." and Jon felt the device enter him. It felt huge! He let out a slight moan when it touched his cervix. He hoped that the doctor didn't notice
"And done. Ok Jon, I'm going to step out while you get cleaned up a bit. Please leave the gown on, but put the opening in the front. "
Jon put on his sweatpants, thinking that something just ENTERED him, and he kind of liked it. He put the gown on and sat down. There was a knock.
"Let's check out your baby, Jon"
Dr Nicholas put the lube on his belly, causing Jon to shiver. Then the transducer was put on his abdomen. The heartbeat was heard a second or two later.
"So, we have a healthy heart, the little tyke is growing well. We can see the brain, some of the internal organs. There is a hand."
"Do we know the gender?"
"Sorry Jon, but I can't tell. Maybe next time. But what I can see looks good. You can get dressed now and leave when you are ready. They will have some educational materials for you when you check out. See you in about 4 weeks. Call if you need me." and the doctor left.
Jon got dressed, and went out to meet his mom, who looked hopeful.
"...Everything is going OK, mom."
"Great! Any other news?"
"Nope, couldn't find out the gender yet, " said Jon as they walked to the car.
"This is so exciting!"
"For you maybe. You aren't the pregnant one"
"True Jon, but so far everything is going well and you are about done with the first trimester. That was a great time, the nausea was better, I wasn't too big yet, and my libido.."
"Mom, you don't have to talk about your libido with me."
They drove home making small talk. It was around 2pm. Jon went to his room, took off his sweatshirt, and started some homework. He realized that he could wish the homework done, but his mom still had the stone. He went down the hall to his mom's bedroom, who was looking for something. All Jon saw was his mom's butt in yoga pants stuck out at him.
"Mom, can I have my stone back?"
"Sure hon, it's on the drawers behind me. Found them!"
Jon grabbed the stone and turned to see what his mom found
"These are your baby clothes. Look how tiny they are!" Jon dangled them in front of Jon who thought they looked cute. Cute?
"They are pretty small."
"Jon, you are no fun. Where is your maternal instinct?" putting her hand on her hips causing her topless breasts to shake a little.
"Maybe that kicks in later."
"You had some nesting kicking in when we were shopping for supplies."
"That was you and dad."
"You gave your opinion, young lady. Who wanted the green burp cloths? Or the cute, nerdy one-sies?"
"..Me. Fine, we worked on it together."
"I had a great time that day."
"Me too mom," replied Jon before he thought about it.
"Sweetie, you know I'm here for you, right?"
"I know mom. It means a lot." replied Jon starting to tear up.
"Jon, Jon, come here." said his mom as she hugged him. He hugged back.
"It's just so much mom, you know? It's happened so FAST!" cried Jon
"I know hon."
"I just didn't expect it. One day I'm a guy and the next I'm a pregnant girl"
Jon's mom didn't reply, and got a bit worried about what she thought was a delusion.
"And even if everything goes well, I'll have a BABY! There's just so much!" Jon was really bawling now.
"Jon, I wish there was something I could do for you."
