Jeane was excited to try the food at the cafeteria. Although food didn't hold much nutritional value beyond carb content for Jeane, they still relished the opportunity to have a hearty meal every once in a while.
On they way to the cafeteria, Jeane was approached by one of the students from the ice-breaker games earlier. A brown-haired girl accompanied by a much taller guy, both in casual casual attire.
"Hey! You're the one from the ice-breaker, the... Bo-Fa was it?"
"Bo-Fe" responded Jeane
"Right! Bo-Fe, man, I'd heard of Bo-Fe before but I never thought they were real, that's so cool!"
"Thanks" said Jeane, feeling un-condoled by the comment.
"You wanna grab dinner with us? I'm Tricia, this is Darren." Darren gave a quick, but silent nod.
"So what do you like to eat?" Said Tricia.
Jeane was taken aback by Tricia's forwardness, but, wanting badly to make some friends, went along with it.
"Uhh, hot-dogs I guess."
"You're a fan of meat then huh?"
"Sure, yeah." said Jeane, not catching the double entendre.
As they drew nearer to the cafeteria, Tricia spoke up once more.
"I don't want to be rude, but you said you need bodily fluids for nutrition right?"
"That's right"
"If that's the case, what were you planning on eating tonight?"
"I dunno, I guess I was just going to do without for a bit."
Tricia seemed scandalized.
"Without?! Oh you poor thing! Is there nothing you could eat?"
"Well raw eggs or unpasteurized milk can tide me over in a pinch. But they don't work nearly as well as what I usually have."
"Well that just won't do now will it?" Said Tricia. "We'll have to come up with a solution and quick!"
Tricia and Jeane entered the cafeteria together, Darren trailing not far behind.
