"Jon, we're gonna hang out. We'll be back later tonight. Don't wait up," Jon's mom (dressed like Jon) said.
Jon replied automatically. "Okay, honey. Just don't stay out too late."
After Jon's parents left, Karyn said "You just called your mom 'honey'. I wonder how strong these personalities are against our memories?"
Jon stood up from the bed. "More importantly, why are we in my parents' bedroom?"
"What do you mean? Aren't we supposed to be your parents now?"
"No. We just have their personalities, not their minds. I mean, we're not replacing them. We're just supposed to be acting like them." Jon moved closer to the mirror, checking himself out. "You don't think I'm fat, do you?"
"Oh, honey," Karyn said. "You look perfect the way ..." She suddenly stopped. "Whoa, that was weird."
"Tell me about it," Jon said. "It looks like our new personalities are stronger than our memories." As he looked at Karyn, he suddenly felt romantically attracted to her. He crawled across the bed and snuggled up against her. "Hold me, dear," he said.
Karyn held him for a moment, then pulled back.
Jon looked at her. "What is it, dear?"
"Jon, it's happening again. Our new personalities are overriding our memories."
Jon blinked, then realized she was right. "We may have a problem here."
