After the wish was granted, Jon took a quick look around his room. Nothing really seemed to change. But, of course, the people that would be the most different would be Karyn and Biff themselves and they didn't live at Jon's house.
While glancing around his room, Jon spotted someone walking up to the house, through his bedroom window. There was this big tall tree that obscurred his view, but through the branches, he could see blonde hair and a female shape. Since he didn't think Sarah would be coming to his house, he deduced that it must be Karyn, with her wish-enhanced body.
Jon ran downstairs to greet her, wondering how much her personality must have changed. They were obviously still friends.
He opened the door and got the shock of his life.
It was Biff. But with large breasts and long blonde hair. He was wearing a tight green T-shirt, one that Karyn wore a lot, and jeans.
"Hi, Jon," he smiled. "Have you used the stone yet? I've been thinking of things to wish for." He was acting like Karyn. He was Jon's friend, not Karyn. In this reality, it must have been Biff that wished to have the "enhancements". And that thought gave Jon an odd feeling.
