Jon walked into Zoe's bedroom. "Are you okay?" he asked his sister.
She looked up at him and nodded. "I'm just glad that a person like Sarah exists. I don't think I'd be able to tolerate that bitch without her."
It was still strange to hear people say that they enjoyed Sarah McMillan's company, himself included. Zoe would never say anything like that in the previous reality. And to tell the truth, Zoe seemed much closer to this reality's Sarah than the previous reality's Mom, even though they had the exact same personality. Perhaps it was the situation that made things different.
Jon went back to his room and thought about what to do next. He was planning to go to Karyn's house. Maybe he should still go.
