After five more minutes of watching Mikey chat with Mary666 on his computer, Jon disappeared from Mikey's room and ended up back in the hallway.
Feeling relieved that he was out of there, he walked back to his bedroom. But when he entered his room, he realized that he didn't have the stone! He tried to think back to when he might have dropped it. And he figured it must have been when he jumped into Mikey's closet.
Afterward, he was so focused on getting out of the bedroom that he must have totally missed the fact that he no longer had the stone.
At least this made it easier. He knew it was in Mikey's closet. But he'd have to wait until Mikey left his room before he could go get it. That was, unless Mikey found it first. Jon shuddered at that idea.
