"Let's see the results of this one," Jon thought to himself. He stowed the stone in his pocket and walked down the hall to Mikey's room. The door was cracked and Jon could hear a Blink-182 song streaming out from the stereo inside. Jon stepped in to see Mikey lying on the bed in a tight green t-shirt and pink underwear, his legs bent up in the air, talking on the phone. Most surprisingly, Jon noticed that Mikey now had long blonde hair and what looked like a rather large pair of breasts.
His had been redecorated in pink and purple and light blue, and posters of male vocalists and pop stars plastered the walls. Action figures were replaced by makeup, Legos replaced by perfume. Videogames had disappeared to be replaced by mirrors and cd players.
Seeing Jon's reflection in his full-length mirror, Mikey turned around and smiled at his older brother. Jon had seen Karyn give him that smile before, but now it was wholly weird to see on Mikey's made-up face. It was definitely an "I like this guy" smile. Jon shuddered briefly at the thought.
"Yeah, I gotta do some stuff, so I'll call you back, k Jenn? Bye!" Mikey said as he hung up the phone.
"Hey Jon! What's up?" Mikey said, turning on his bed to face Jon. He crossed his legs as he let them hang over the side. From this angle, with his clothing and relatively large (for Mikey's small frame) breasts, Mikey looked like a girl. Jon suspected that Mikey went for one at school these days.
"Nothing much, just checking in. How are things?" Jon asked, unsure of how to proceed.
"Great! Thanks again for letting me wish for this long hair and breasts. Now I can easily pass for a girl, and pretty much everyone outside the family things I've always been one... or a hermaphrodite, but I can live with that. The bottom line is, it's sooo awesome!"
"Yeah, I'm uh, glad it worked out." Jon said, even more confused. He supposed that the wishes previously had been made by Karyn had now been made by Mikey. "ok, well I'm gonna grab a snack." Jon said, wanting to see what Karyn was up to.
He walked downstairs to the fridge and before he could open it, there was a knock at the door.
