Susan and Alan - Sam has it

After a few more minutes of moping, Alan got a knock at the door. He looked through the peephole and saw Randy nervously looked around. "what does he want?"
Alan cracked open the door a bit.
"What can do I do for you, Randy?" asked Alan
"I'm not Randy. I'm Sam, but I'm Randy. Look, just let me in." Alan opened the door and let Sam in.
"Susan, I'm freaking out. I turned into my husband. What's going on?"
"Sam, you'll have to start at the beginning."
"Well, I came over yesterday, which you know, and I helped myself to some water. While you were getting you getting ready to go, I....explored your kitchen while I was bored waiting. I found a fun bottle opener and this medallion. You came back, and I put them into my bag. We had a great time at the Spa, and then I went back home, and then next thing I knew I was like this. It's weird, and I don't like it."
"...Sam, that medallion is magic."
"Magic? What?"
"Yes, that is what changed you into your husband."
"What are you doing with something like that?"
"We got it at a yard sale this week."
Sam squinted at Alan. "Which one are you?"
"Sam, I'm Alan."
"That's crazy! This is crazy. I just had a great girls day with a man."
"I'm not much of a man right now, Sam."
"Look Susan...Alan, this is a lot to handle. Can I change back?"
Alan explained the rules to Sam.
"Alan, it's a good thing my kids are with my husband. I'll change back tomorrow."
"Uh, Sam, I'll need it first. Susan and I should switch back tonight, it's been well over 12 hours."
"OK, I'll leave it here, but FIRST thing tomorrow, one of you needs to drop that thing off. I can't be this man for any longer than absolutely necessary. It's repulsive."
"I promise Sam."
"...Alan, did you mean those things you said at the hotel? About me looking good and being able to find someone?"
"100% Sam."
"...You're a good friend Alan. I almost don't regret going around nearly naked the whole time." And with that Sam left the house.
