After the light from the stone dissipated, Jon saw himself in his bedroom mirror. He was still himself, but he was wearing girly colors, like pink and purple. At first he didn't notice, but then after a moment, he did. He had pink nail polish on his fingernails.
"Like, oh ... my ... gawd. What did I just do to myself?" he said out loud. Then he stopped and stared. Why did he say the word like?
Someone knocked on the door. "Jon? Are you okay?" It was his mom.
"Like, totally mom." Jon wasn't sure why he kept talking like that. Every time he opened his mouth, he sounded like some ditzy girl.
