Susan and Alan - rest of the day

Alan took Scott to school while Susan went to work, excited at what was happening inside her husband. She did what he had done the last few days at Alan's work. Call some people and talk the electronics now, send some e-mails. The clock seemed to move so slowly, but eventually it was 5pm and Susan could leave. Alan should have picked up Scott.
Susan walked through the door, and Scott ran up "daddy!" and hung her right leg. She took him for a walk around the kitchen, before kissing Alan, who was starting to prep dinner. Scott and Susan joined in making pizzas. Susan did some daydreaming about doing it with another child, maybe a daughter.
Scott had some easy homework to finish up after dinner. He was out like a light after a story and his bedtime routine. Susan and Alan went to their room.
Alan went to the medallion and tried to use the medallion again to change to himself, without success.
"...Susan, it's not working... I don't feel the tingle. Why isn't it working
"...maybe you're pregnant?" suggested Susan, with what she hoped seemed sincere concern.
Alan looked at the medallion, without really regarding it
"I thought you were on birth control."
"It's not perfect, hon."
"How could this happen?"
"Well, Susan, when a man and a woman love eachother very much..."
"Susan, this is no time for jokes."
"You should call me Alan, since we are going to be like this for 9 months."
"We are in our own room, Susan!"
"I still think we should practice good habits."
"We are getting distracted, what do we do? Maybe I should ....get an... abortion..?" suggested Alan tentatively.
"While that would get you not-pregnant, the Medallion instructions didn't include anything about that. Who knows what that would do?"
"True. Maybe there is another item like the medallion that is more powerful?" hoped Alan.
"Maybe, we can do some research tomorrow, but for now I think we both have to accept that we are in this for the next 9 months, Susan."
"...yea, you're right...Alan. I'm just scared. Last week, I couldn't even conceive of being pregnant, and now here I am 'with child.'" cried Alan.
"Susan, that was a very pun-ny choice of words, " joked Susan.
"That was terrible, " laughed Alan through a few tears.
"Don't worry hon, I'll be here for the whole thing, and coach you through it. I did it once too you know." said Susan reaching out to embrace her husband
"I know...thanks." enjoying the hug.
Susan enjoyed the hug too, getting an erection while holding her naked, personal trainer husband
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking Susan?" asked Susan.
"Not tonight. I just can't. I'm going to brush up and go to bed, " replied Alan backing away from Susan and going into the bathroom, without much enthusiasm. Susan felt a pang of regret, followed by joy that she would have another child, without the difficulties of pregnancy. She was the husband this time, how hard could that be?
