After the Assembly, John and Karyn started to head back to class when a teacher alerted them that they were needed down at the principal's office.
"Jon Gibson and Karyn Black, you've been randomly selected to be our candidates for trial period of the templating program," Mr. Jefferies explained.
"Thus, as a reward for being early adopters of this program, we will exempt you from the rest of the school year, but we will need you to do some preliminary tests starting today."
"Can we decline?" asked Jon.
"Uh... you could, but then we will need you families to pay to 100,000$ cancellation fee." Mr. Jefferies informed them.
"I don't think either of us have that kind of money." said Karyn.
"Great, let's introduce you to our first two senior test subjects."
In walked, one boy and one girl.
Elena Jefferies
The daughter of the principal was nice to everyone and open with her opinion. This opinion, however, was usually simplistic. She was active in multiple sports clubs working as the manager of these teams. Her brunette hair was intricately braided every day. She had b-cup breasts. She wore simple makeup and dressed in flowery dresses. She was average in sports and popularity, but the one weakness every knew was her grades. Or more generally her intelligence.
Her father being a prideful man would never allow a teacher to fail his daughter. The best tutors and study materials were given to her, but her mind just was not quite as sharp as others. Thus, rumors had spread that she only made it to her senior year through the job of her father. Many people would've otherwise expected her to never graduate.
Darian Blake
The son of the vice-principal was the exact opposite of Elena. He could commonly be found in a corner of the library by himself, and he did not have many friends. His black hair was kept short, and his outfit consisted of a zip-up sweatshirt and jeans. The only thing well-known about him was that he consistently got the best grades in his class. Being one of the first students to be accepted to every Ivy league college.
His mother was known for her strict and rapid punishments of students. Thus, it was reasonable to expect she treated her son similarly. The only well-known friend of Darian was Elena. The two seemed to grow up together. Darian still had not decided which college he wanted to commit too, but he could pick any he wanted.
"Now, that you've been acquainted with one another let's start! And because all of us here are gentlemen. We may as well let the ladies go first." said Mr. Jefferies then led them to an area below his office. It was a large laboratory none of the kids knew existed.
Mr. Jefferies led them to two futuristic rounded human-sized capsule. The capsule doors opened like a train's doors. The capsules had a seat on the inside. Karyn went into the right side, while Elena took her place on the left side.
"By the way, they said wearing clothes would be fine into the machine." Mr. Jefferies assured them.
A few seconds later the doors slowly closed, and then the a lightning like sound reverberated through the lab.
When the doors opened again, Elena walked out of her booth seemingly distracted by nothing. However, on Karyn's side, a second Elena came out but she was slightly different from the first. Her boobs were the same size as Karyn's and her hair was the same blond as Karyn's. However, everything else from the braided hair to her new dress was identical to Elena's.
"That's strange... well how do you feel Ms. Black?" Mr. Jefferies said as he helped them out of the machine.
"I feel lightheaded, but also not like here..." said Karyn in an uncertain tone
"Same sister! That's how I feel daily" Elena agreed gleefully.
"Ok, some scientists will now be taking you to a recovery room, and the boys will join you shortly after." Mr. Jefferies told them.
"Ok, men, this first test didn't go perfect, but hopefully yours will be fine."
Jon took his place in the right capsule, and Darian took his spot in the left capsule.
The doors slowly closed leaving me in a shroud of darkness. Jon felt nervous, but at least the guy he was becoming is smart. Also he could wish himself out of....
Bang
Like the girls a loud lightning like sound occured, he felt different. His mind felt cloudy, but he couldn't see the differences yet. His chest seemed to be much more different than he expected. It felt like something was on it. His hair was also longer than he expected. What was going on?
As the doors opened, Jon saw the smiling face of Mr. Jefferies turn into a frown.
"Shit." Mr. Jefferies sweared aloud.
Jon got out of the booth and moved to some out of his eyes to see he now had breasts and was wearing a dress. He looked to his right and saw Elena coming out of the booth Darian had entered. When had she gotten into that booth Jon wondered.
