Bulma was fighting off mad giggling as she considered the possibilities that the wishing stone presented. It was so incredible! She could wish to know everything about everything! And it would happen!
Of course, that would take all the fun out of curiosity, so instead she decided to go incrementally.
"Jon, what are you thinking?" Gohan's experience with Bulma told Karyn that when she got that look, just about anything could result. It was usually a good thing, but the short time that Gohan knew Bulma for was plenty to give the boy experience with her, especially considering how much she'd tutored him with his Physics homework. There was no better tutor for Physics than the genius daughter of the inventor of the Capsules that revolutionized peoples' understanding of space and availability of matter itself.
After all, not everybody understands the physics of compacting five hundred cubic yards of liquid water weighing several tons down to a volume of just a few cc's and a weight of a few ounces at best.
And that genius now had available a little piece of rock that could make anything imaginable happen with little more than a sentence starting with 'I wish'.
Bulma meanwhile was running through several dozen scenarios at once, but there were two things she was coming back to repeatedly, over and over. First, she was a weak human, and though Jon felt that intelligence was fine and all, his original wish had been made in the spirit that he'd wanted to be able to fly and throw massive balls of destructive energy capable of blowing up and leveling entire landscapes, he'd wanted to do THAT, and that was why she was here as she was. That she remained weak simply couldn't be allowed.
After that, she didn't want to just become a musclehead and be done with it, she wanted to actually do the training, that way she would understand that strength and know how to use it.
And she was already thinking up how to accomplish the both of these things, but she had to think up proper wording to achieve the effect she wanted. And, as appropriate to her character, she considered even these things to be forms of knowledge.
Quietly, making sure that no one was approaching the area, she made her wishes. "I wish that I would soon figure out how to manipulate time similar to how the Hyperbolic Chamber of Space and Time works in Kami's Lookout. And I wish that I would soon figure out how to get the powers and abilities of a Saiyan without wishing to become or becoming a Saiyan myself. And I wish that I would get the seeds of this knowledge in the next few minutes and figure it all out in time to have already gotten some training in by the time we get to Namek." She smiled as she looked away from the stone, she was proud of her wishes. Nothing but knowledge, and none of it was a forced or permanent change, if she didn't like it she could simply choose not to act upon it.
'Now I could wish for a boyfriend I guess. A better boyfriend than Yamcha... I wonder why I'm so comfortable with that idea?' She then shrugged, it wasn't important, she didn't really want another boyfriend, Yamcha had really disappointed her, really, and besides, Jon knew that Bulma was destined for Vegeta. It would just take some time for that to happen.
"Hey, can I have a wish now?" Bulma blinked at Gohan, then shrugged, "Sure, here." She handed the stone to the kid, wondering what he was thinking.
