"I wish I had something that could transform anyone I want."
After a flash, a strange object appeared in Jon's hand. It was a small cube, about three inches across. The surface was smooth, glossy and black, with rounded corners like a big dice. Engraved in the centre of each face in white writing, was a single word.
"GENDER, COLOUR, ANIMAL, PERSONALITY, BODY PART, SIZE," Jon read as he turned the cube around in his hands.
"What is that?" Karyn asked.
"It's what I wished for, I think," Jon replied. "I've no idea how it works, though."
He passed the mysterious object to Karyn, who examined it in turn.
"It didn't exactly come with instructions."
