"I wish I had a device that allows the user of the device to take over anyone or anything that is selected with it. Also, I wish that the device has an option in which I can set a time limit, if I want."
After Jon said that, an odd-looking gun appeared on his bed. It looked like something out of an old sci-fi movie. He picked it up and looked at it. On the side of it, there was a dial, with which he could set the time limit, anywhere from one minute to one month.
"What exactly does it do again?" Karyn asked.
"Well," Jon explained. "It allows me to possess the body of whomever or whatever I shoot at."
"Did you say whatever?"
"Yeah. I can possess anything, really. People, animals, even cars or computers," Jon said.
"Possessing a car? That's weird."
"It happens in movies. You know, like Christine."
Karyn shrugged her shoulders. "Yeah, okay."
"Anyway," Jon said. "Let's try this out."
"What are you going to use it on first?"
"I don't know. What do you think?" Jon asked.
"How about ..." Karyn suggested.
