Jon grabbed a piece of paper and drew a rough picture of himself, then using simple means drew a dress over himself.
in a moment the picture came to life pulling itself off the page and growing to life size as it did so, since it would live as Jon imagined it would.
after the picture had completely separated from the paper it had changed into a better image of jon, as it was in his head.
The resulting was a perfect imitation of Jon in a dress, if he was a cartoon
