Jon has a twin sister who is joined to him at the hip. Jon is still male and he and his sister share a center leg. They can both move this center leg and recieve physical sensations from that leg, but otherwise their nervious systems are completely separate. They adore each other and wouldn't want to be separated, even if they could.
"What are you talking about," said Jon's new 'sister.' Jon and his twin were just like Karyn had wished. Jon's sister was a female version of him, with long blonde hair and a c-cup chest. From the waist up, they wore separate clothes, but from the waist down, where they were joined, they wore a black skirt and special three-legged tights. Their center foot appeared to be a right foot. "Do you mean that I didn't exist before?" The mere thought was horrible. The thought of being separate from her dear brother was bad enough, but to not exist at all?
"Yeah, Karyn," said Jon. "Jen and I have been like this all our lives. Sure its a hassle using the bathroom and getting custom made clothes, but I wouldn't trade this for the world."
"So what bathroom do you two use?" asked Karyn.
"The girl's," said Jen.
"You should know, Karyn," agreed Jon. "You've seen us there often enough. Its just easier to sit down, especially when we both have to go at the same time. That way we can just shift over to the other person so they can go."
"And do you like wearing a skirt and tights, Jon?" asked Karyn. "Even if you are joined at the hip, you still are a guy."
"Of course I do," said Jon. "I've grown up with girl's clothing. Everything does have to be custom made and that gets pretty expensive. Our skirts have to be wider. Our tights and pants have to have three legs. And our underwear not only has to have room for three legs, but has to adjust for our different plumbing. Girl's clothes fit better. I may have a guys parts, but I still have a girl's hips so having all girl clothes helps eliminate any issues of making half girl/half boy clothes."
"So, did you really create me," asked Jen, "or are you just making that up?" She and Jon hugged each other as best they could. They were suprisingly supple and clung to each other lovingly. "I don't care if I'm not supposed to be real. Now that I'm here, I don't ever want to leave."
"All right," said Karyn. "Besides, I want to see how the world reacts to you guys."
