Jon checked himself in the mirror to make sure his boobs looked all right. Going to the bathroom was still awkward for Jon, even after months of living as a woman. Just after the proceedures, he had a diffucult time remembering to pee sitting down, much less remembing to use the women's restroom rather than the men's. But it was worth it. While he still considered himself a male, he loved what he was, and would never go back. Bagging a hunk like Karyn's dad, Mark, was icing on the cake. He loved Mark. On their last date, Mark had given Jon permission to call him by his first name. And the way he kissed was just heavenly. Mark seemed a little nervous tonight. Jon wasn't sure why.
When Jon came back to their table, Mark said, "Jon, there's someplace special I'd like to go after we finish. I want to talk to you about something."
Jon blushed. He was nervous now too. "Sure thing," Jon said.
They paid their bill and Mark took Jon to the park. They got to a bridge crossing a small creek. The moon was full. The night was so romantic. "What did you want to talk to me about, Mark?" asked Jon.
Mark pulled something out of his pocket. "Jon," he said. "You're the most wonderful man I've ever met. I've been looking for someone who would complete me; someone whom I could love with my entire being. That person is you, Jon." Mark slipped a ring on Jon's finger. "Will you marry me, Jon?"
Jon almost burst into tears. As it was, he felt a tear trickle its way down his cheek. He hugged Mark close and said, "Yes, Mark. Yes. I've been waiting so long for you to ask. I'll be the best wife you could possibly have. And I know that I could never have a husband more wonderful than you." The two men kissed passionately. Jon was already picking out names for the children they would have.
