"I wish that all of the people that have been and will be affected by the personality manipulator device will not have any urge to change unaffected people."

The stone glowed very brightly.

"I guess that means that it worked," Sabrina said. "Nice job, Zoe."

Zoe smiled. She wasn't finished.

"I wish that the device's signal will increase so that it will cover three times as much area as it does now."

The stone glowed again.

"Zoe? What are you doing?" Athena asked. "We're trying to keep people from changing. Not the other way around."

Zoe could see that the rest of them felt the same way. "I wish that all of you would want more people to become Goths."

The stone glowed.

"Of course we do, Zoe. The more Goths the better," Sabrina said. She clearly had a change of heart. "Too bad you made that first wish. It would have made things easier."

"Why don't I just use the stone to make everyone in the world a Goth?"

"You know that won't work. Even the most powerful stones have a distance limit."

"Oh yeah. I forgot."

"Come on, let's go convert some people," Sabrina said. "They're gonna love being Goths."

Zoe kept the stone with her and left the house with her friends.
