Karyn looked over at Sabrina. "Hey, Sabrina," she said, with a wicked grin.

"Uh, hi Karyn." Sabrina didn't know Karyn very well. But she knew her friend Jon. Mainly because of his sister Zoe, who was already a Goth. Sabrina and Zoe weren't best friends, but they had gone to some of the same parties.

"So, is everyone ready?" Jon was saying.

"What are you up to?" Sabrina asked.

Jon turned slightly and glared at her. "You should already know."

"Well, I don't. Enlighten me."

Jon made a look of disgust. Sabrina didn't know why.

"We're going out to fix people," he explained.

"Fix people?"

"Ugh. Do I have to explain everything?" Jon was definitely getting agitated. "We're gonna make them like us."

"Yeah, we need to change everyone," Karyn added.

"Everyone? Why? Isn't it good enough that ..."

Jon moved in close to Sabrina. "Are you feeling okay? Everyone feels the need to change others. Why don't you?"

Sabrina looked from Jon to Karyn to Biff, who used to be the captain of the football team, but now doesn't want anything to do with sports. They were all serious about this. It was some sort of a drive that they had. And now that Sabrina thought about it, she remembered that she had the same sort of drive when she had become a geek. Sabrina loved the idea that others could be like her and her friends, but to change everyone? That was going too far.

Jon and Karyn scoffed at her and left. And right at that moment, Sabrina's closest friend Stephanie Wright walked around the corner and towards her.

"I think we might have a problem," she said.

Sabrina agreed with her. They definitely had a problem.
