"Mom!" Jay yelled.
They were down in the labs where Jay's mother worked.
But the labs were empty. No one was there.
"Come on, Jay. She's not here. We have to go stop that signal," Sarah said.
Jay slumped a bit. What had happened to his mother? Where was she?
Jay decided that Sarah was right. If they stopped the signal and reversed everyone, then maybe his mother would be out of danger. Wherever she was.
They took the elevator up to the twentieth floor and when the doors opened, the room they saw was deserted.
They walked through it and into Sarah's father's office. No one was there either.
"Where is everyone?" Jay asked.
"Nevermind. This is good. There's no one to stop us," Sarah said. "All we have to do is find out where the signal is being transmitted from."
Jay turned to her. "You're right. Of course."
The five of them deduced where the signal could be coming from and headed out to that location to stop it.
