"Hmm," said Alison. "I don't know, but... you know, that shouldn't have worked anyway. The wish was that one of us looks like his disguise. And we don't. That reverses a wish, which isn't possible."
"Well, obviously it did work... but I wish I knew why. Oh... it's fine."
"What is it, Joy?"
"One of us was supposed to become a girl who looked like his disguise. We confused the wish so it affected both of us partly. So we each have to be part girl and partly look like the disguise. Partly look like the disguise doesn't mean anything since being human will do that, so we just have to be part girl."
"So I was right?"
"Pretty much. Now, about Sarah... I think we outsmarted ourselves. Sarah doesn't remember the stone or anything related to it. If we do do something to her, she'll never know why!"
