Joy looked at Karyn and noticed that, while she had large breasts and long blond hair, she didn't really look all that much like Sarah. She certainly wasn't dressed like her anymore, as she now wore a green sweater and jeans. Joy didn't remember anything of the reality before Karyn was changed by the dream machine for the first time. This Karyn was the one that existed just before Jon used the dream machine on her, causing her nightmare to come true.
"Hey, you're not the Karyn I remember," Sarah said, suddenly realizing that Karyn didn't look like her twin anymore. In fact, they didn't even look like they belonged to the same family.
"Please help us," Joy muttered as loudly as she could. "Sarah wished we couldn't move."
"Jon? Is that you? How did I get here? I was just in your bedroom, with you. You were showing me that dream machine device," Karyn said.
"I want my sister back!" Sarah yelled, running towards Karyn, intending on getting the stone back.
