"Jon?" She looked around the room and even in the bathroom. But he wasn't there. Then she heard the distinctive sound of a car starting up. "Oh no."
She ran back into Jon's bedroom and looked out his window. She saw Jon's mom's car pulling out of the driveway. And in the driver's seat was Jon! Well, the new mixed-up Jon.
He was going to his mother's office, like he really was his mother.
