Sarah was outside in the hall, crying, when she saw Mr. Leonard dragging Carl out of the boy's locker room, wearing only a pair of boy's swimming trunks and a pink haltertop.
Why was Carl in the boy's locker room? Sarah thought to herself. Of course, thanks to Jon's wish that he made on Carl, Sarah throught that Carl was a girl.
Carl kept on trying to pull away from the swimming teacher and kept yelling that he wasn't a girl. That got Sarah's attention.
Why would Carl think that she's not a girl? she thought. Then that sparked another question. Why does everyone think that I'm a guy?
Sarah walked a little more down the hallway, meaning to follow Carl and the teacher, when she saw Jon peeking around the corner, from the entrance to the boy's locker room. He was watching Carl and he was smiling.
Could Jon have something to do with this? she thought.
She crept around towards Jon, so that he wouldn't notice her. Then, while he was still watching Carl and still smiling, Sarah grabbed him. He let out a startled cry.
