As she was heading out, she grabbed the letter and re-read it once more. "I'm still alive and well." "I would really like to see you again." A tear tried to form in her eye as she read those last words. "Please meet me at the address at the top of this letter." She noticed it also stated a time as well--a half hour from now. Did her grandpa know when she would get the letter?
Letter and stone in hand she flew down the stairs. Her little sister Zoe was too confused to see Sarah to catch up, instead chose to yell at Jon. "Why the hell did you let Sarah come into our house for, Jon!?" she screamed.
Jon hauled and turned around at the fifth stair to the bottom. "I..." she began. She at once realized that Zoe hadn't been talking to her and instead to her room. Giving up on her sister, she finished leaving the house.
A block away from the house, she was glad to be in tennis shoes rather than what Sarah would wear. She didn't think it would matter, considering the destination wasn't too far from her home.
Fifteen minutes since reading the letter, she was at the house addressed on the letter. The house looked like Jon's house with brick walls instead of a blue wall. She took the door knocker and knocked twice.
