The woman gave an evil smile, and got off of her victim, still leaving the tentacle in place as Jon felt her first female orgasm, still struggling to get up. Jon stared at her in confusion, "Why would you-"
"Foolish mortal, did you really think I would have use for such a trinket? My master gives me more than enough power to perform the tasks I'm assigned!" it growled proudly. "Now I will leave you to your new life. Be grateful that I've only changed your flesh, leaving your mind and soul untouched,"
"But wait, you can't just leave me like this! I can't spend my whole life as a woman!" Jon, or rather Jane protested.
"Ah, but I can, and you shall," it answered. "But first another change, a parting gift if you will "
