As soon as Karyn picked up the phone and say hello, she heard Jon yelling "What the fuck Karyn! What did you do to me?"
Karyn stifled a giggle. "Calm down Jon" she said. "Tell me what happened."
"You know damn well what happened!" Jon continued to yell. "You castrated me!"
Karyn thought about it for a second and it made some sense: her new penis was the first thing to grow so maybe his penis would be the last thing Jon would lose. "Calm down Jon. I put a time limit on my wish. It's not like you are going to be stuck that way forever. Besides, my wish didn't castrate you..."
"Like hell it didn't" Jon interrupted. "If you didn't castrate me then where are my balls?"
"Look. If you don't calm down and stop yelling, I'm going to hang up."
There was silence on the line for a second before Jon spoke again. "I'm sorry. But this is really freaking me out. My balls are gone."
"I know, you might have mentioned it once or twice. But like I was saying, I didn't castrate you. Your balls aren't gone, they just aren't balls anymore." Karyn explained.
Confusion colored Jon's next words: "Huh? What do you mean."
"What I mean is they aren't testicles anymore. They are now ovaries."
"Ovaries? But that would mean... You're turning me into a girl?" Jon asked
"Sort of. Only your genitals are going to change. But don't worry; you're not alone. My wish is changing me too."
"But you're already a girl." Jon said in a confused tone.
"Are you kidding or are you just that dense? I'm not turning into a girl. My genitals are turning into a boys."
"Oh, right" Jon said. Karyn could tell from the sound of his voice that he felt really stupid at that moment.
"Anyway, it's not like it will be the first time that you've had a vagina. It was what you did to yourself yesterday that gave me the idea."
"Obviously." Jon agreed. "So how long is this going to last?"
"Don't worry about it. The transformation is only going to take a week." Karyn said.
"A week? You mean I have to have a vagina for a week?" Jon protested.
"That's not what I said. I said the transformation would take a week. After that you'll have a vagina for a month."
"A MONTH!" Jon exclaimed.
"Yep. Should give you enough time to have at least one period. We wouldn't want you to miss out on that experience after all."
There was dead silence on the other end of the phone for a minute and then jon hung up the phone. Karyn grinned evilly. She was really going to enjoy this wish.
