I don't think those wishes will work. I would say that "I wish you're female but looking like you are now" followed by "I wish you will change from what you are like now" means that the second wish reverses the first. It's like saying "I wish that tree branch is blue" followed by "I wish that tree branch will slowly change to red next time someone touches it".
Of course you're the writer, but I don't see how it would work unless you either change how the stone works, or unless you make wishes interpreted so loosely that the limit on not reversing other wishes is pretty much meaningless.
