Jo and Lyn helped Kara out the door, giving her a jacket to cover her body. "What happened to you?" asked Jo.
"I don't remember," said Kara. "We should never have come here. If there's some spirit here who can get rid of clothes, it can do worse things. I'm surprised none of us are possessed. Or are we?"
Possessed. That was it, thought Jennifer. She yelled at the three teenagers to tell one of them to stay here, but of course, they couldn't hear her. Then she made the words appear on the mirror: ONE STAYS.
But Jennifer could only affect people inside the house. Kara and Lyn had left and Jo was halfway out the door by the time the words had appeared. Jo became paralyzed for a moment and then her figure stretched from side to side and Jo split into twin girls, the second one being all the way inside the house and naked and the first one keeping her clothes and still being half inside and half outside. Then the one that was halfway outside fled the house, leaving one behind.
Jennifer floated towards the body of the one inside as a misty cloud, which the girl breathed in. "What... is... happening?" she said as she lost consciousness.
Jennifer looked around, touched her hands to each other, and felt her hair and her breasts. She had a solid body now, at least if the inhabitant doesn't resist. And the girl was named Jon, so one of the twins could plausibly be named Jen anyway--it would be a funny joke for Jennifer to occupy the body of a newly separated Jennifer.
"We need to go!" yelled Kara. "Clothes or not, we can't stay there." She, Jo, and Lyn looked back to see Jen just standing there.
"Come on, Jen!" yelled Jo. Jen quickly grabbed something from a closet to put on and ran after the other three, finally having made it out of the house.
