Jon cursed under his breath as he slammed on his brakes. It had taken Greg and Jon just over three hours to pack up the camp and hike down to the parking lot. After some trial and error, they had been able to figure out which one of the seven cars in the lot was theirs (or at least their bodies' owners). Jon and Greg had quickly packed the 2003 Sentra and worked their way to a major highway. Unfortunately, they soon learned that the highways were not the place to be. In the wake of the great shift, many people who didn't know how to drive were shifted into the bodies of drivers on the road, and the result was more wrecks than shifted emergency crews could handle. Jon and Greg had managed to find a small state highway that ran parallel to the interstate and had made good time for about three miles before another backup stalled their progress. Greg uncomfortably shifted in his seat. He studied the map and sighed. "We've only made 34 miles in the last two and a half hours," Greg said, "and I don't think its likely to get better for a while."

Jon looked over at the young man trapped in a young woman's body. "What do you want to do?" He asked.

Greg sighed. He felt tiny and afraid. The shoulder strap of the seatbelt was rubbing his new tits uncomfortably, his ass felt like a giant pillow, and his hair kept hitting his shoulders. Greg's entire body felt completely wrong and he hated it. The last thing he wanted was to have time to let this new reality sink in, but, on the other hand, sitting still in traffic for the next week wouldn't help things either. Finally Greg answered, "There's a motel a half a mile back. I think we should get a room for the night." Greg blushed deeply as he suddenly realized how that sounded. He hoped that Jon didn't take that the wrong way.

Jon studied Greg carefully. Jon could tell Greg was embarrassed about his situation, but was just trying to get through the day. Jon asked, "Do you want to get separate rooms?"

Greg blushed again. He couldn't help think how kind and understanding Jon had been. He also liked how Jon had taken control of the situation, it made Greg feel... safe. Greg shook himself. What was he thinking? Realizing Jon was still waiting for an answer, Greg blushed again and said, "No, we have no idea how much money these two have. We need to be careful until we do know."

Jon nodded and began to turn the car around. This was going to be an interesting night!
