Jon pulled open the door, which caused his original arms to become legs.
The shift in balance caused him to fall into the wall, which caused his morphed body to take on a more uniformly feminine shape (his breast groin shifted onto the front of his chest)
Getting up upside down he had to use the wall for balance, which shifted his clothing into a skimpy outfit. A purple shirt which just barely covered him, a miniskirt healed boots and a cane.
He stumbled to the living room and flashed Karyn.
Karyn who had been raiding the fridge and acquired 4 new changes couldn't help but stair at what Jon had become.
"What happened to you Jon?" She asked having her speech returned to normal by a change (Voice still deep)
"This wish has been messing with me" Jon said in a whine tone
"Jon heads up" Said Karyn as she tossed Jon an apple from one of her six arms
Jon didn't catch it.
It hit him square in the gut restoring his original hair and making a long black main coming out of what Jon still thought of as his ass
