Jon picked up the ring and smiled, then put it in his pocket. He'd put it on display later.
He thought for a few minutes, trying to think up something totally new, something that no one had ever thought of before. He already had items in his shop that caused physical and mental changes, love potions, mind control potions, wishing rings and necklaces (each with their own restrictions, making them less dependable than the wishing stones that created them), universal remotes, and many other things.
But there must have been something that no one had ever thought of.
He thought for a few more minutes, then had an epiphany and smiled.
He touched the brass ring that connected all of the stones and said "I wish I had a ..."
