Eric opened his front door and saw Jason standing outside.
"Hey, man. Come on, open up. It's chilly out here," Jason said.
That's strange, Eric thought. He doesn't sound any different.
Eric opened the door and let his friend in. When he was inside, Jason turned and looked at Eric strangely. "You okay, dude? Why are you looking at me like that?"
"Uh ... no reason." Did the computer not change him? Maybe he broke the program. Maybe it wasn't made for conflicting data.
Suddenly, there was a sudden change in Jason's demeanor. He grew very limp, almost feminine. "Hello, love," Jason said, with a lilt in his voice.
Eric stared at him.
"Happy to see me, baby?" Jason asked, smiling.
"Uh ... yeah," Eric managed.
Jason walked over to him and embraced him, then they kissed. Now, Eric was not gay in the least, so it was no surprise that he pushed Jason away (at least no surprise to anyone but Jason). Perhaps this was a good time for this "test" to be over.
Jason looked confused and then sad at Eric's rejection. And then suddenly, his demeanor changed again. "Dude, why are you still staring at me?" He was acting like normal again. But what just happened? Why was he ...
But then it occurred to him. Jason must have had a split personality! One personality was totally gay and incredibly attracted and submissive to Eric, while the other was just Eric's friend and totally straight. Apparently, it was the only way to make the conflicting data work.
