"Sorry," Lizzie said, still staring at her brother.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" he asked.
"Well ... uh ... oh, Eric, I'm so sorry. I thought it was just some sort of Photoshop program. I didn't know that ..."
"What are you rambling on about?" Eric asked, getting irritated.
"I used your computer!" she blurted out.
"You what? Why the hell were you messing around with my stuff?"
"You're not listening to me. I used your computer and it changed you."
"Changed me? What the hell are you talking about?"
"Look," she said, walking over to Eric's new computer. She logged back on and entered Eric as the subject again and the picture of Eric (the new one, with him being fat and short) appeared on the screen. "See? It has your picture on there. And you can change it however you want."
"How did you do that?" Eric asked. "How did you get my picture on there?"
"I didn't. The computer did it."
Eric shook his head. "Sis, you gotta stop making stuff up. You're not a little girl anymore."
"I'm not making it up! Look," she said, dragging the cursor over to one of Eric's attributes and then changing it. Right before her eyes, her brother changed to match the new data. "See?"
Her brother turned and looked at the mirror, but, just like before, didn't notice anything different.
"Was something supposed to happen?"
Lizzie looked shocked. "How can you not notice that ..."
