The stone was similar to the original one, but it had a neon blue and red coat to it on opposite ends. It was the harlequin 'trixster' stone.
Once wishes were made, the stone would have an agenda of it's own to alter those wishes slightly and than the people that wished for them. These would follow two distinct flavors, an agenda of "Mirth" and an agenda of "Illude", which would alternate after every wish made.
A wish possessed by characteristics of "Mirth" would make wishes more fanciful, mischievous, interesting and surprise prone. Naturally however it would be good hearted, rigging wishes into being more fun or pleasant for people usually, even if unexpected. Wishes are altered to cause the most fun and laughter possible.
A wish possessed by characteristics of "Illude" will be more spiteful. They're naturally malicious, mean-spirited, unfair and cruel to the parties involved, although less so for the wisher and more for other people affected. Wishes are altered to cause the most disorder and confusion possible.
As stated above, after every wish the Stone will alternate it's "Mood", glowing blue or red on one tip respectively. In addition, someone who wishes upon it will have themselves altered, their personality and mind warped towards the stone's mood, but if they use it constantly or evenly it should balance out.
A person who only makes wishes upon "Mirth" might be more fun loving, tactful and tricky yet good-hearted. And the opposite applies, someone who makes wishes exclusively to "Illude" over time will become callous, cold, and sadistic.
Naturally, a person once altered still possessing the stone is more likely to make wishes in favor each Mood, giving that side more power. If it completely consumes and possesses them, it can over-right the turn taking of the stone altogether and keep the Stone permanently stuck in one mood or the other.
