The stone glowed, granting Michelle's wish. But since this was The Random Stone, it wasn't granted to her. Instead, it was granted to Jon.
And right as he continued chasing Michelle down the stairs and into the living room, there was a knock on the front door. Being near the door, Jon decided to check who it was. Getting the stone from Michelle was important, but the person at the door might be important too. Besides, it wouldn't take too long just to check who was there.
After opening the door, Jon saw Steve Farber, who he remembered was a jock and a womanizing jerk who liked to torment him and Karyn, but Steve remembered Jon as his whimsy boyfriend.
Without hesitation, Steve instantly grabbed Jon by the waist and kissed him full on the lips. Jon was obviously shocked and disgusted by this and started to push Steve away, when suddenly the jock broke the kiss and said "I noticed your parents aren't home," then he kissed him again. (Jon's parents had already left the house to go on their 5-mile jog.)
Steve then picked Jon up and carried him upstairs to Jon's bedroom (which now existed again), placing him on the bed and looking at him with lust as he began to unzip his pants.
Meanwhile, Michelle was still thinking of more wishes to make. She hadn't noticed that Steve had stopped by or what Steve did with Jon when he got there.
