The stone he put in its place looked almost exactly like Jon's stone, except that it wasn't. It was The Bimbo Stone.
It worked just like the normal stone, except that every time a wish is granted, the wisher becomes a little more like the stereotypical bimbo - the way one dresses, acts, talks, thinks, etc. (If the wisher is a guy, then the guy would become more and more female, with every new wish he makes.)
In addition, after every wish is granted, the wisher's IQ drops by five points, and keeps dropping with every new wish until the wisher's IQ becomes 70.
The wisher and anyone who hears the wishes will notice the changes, but everyone else will think that the wisher had always been that way.
