The Femininity Stone

The stone he replaced it with looks almost like Jon's stone, but it is faded pink in hue. This stone will grant wishes much like the original stone, but with a few differences. First, every time a wish is made on the stone regardless of the target, the wisher will become slightly more feminine in some way. They may suddenly had pierced ears, grow long hair, like to shop, or any number of habits or things more commonly associated with females. Also, wishes made with this stone can be reversed with a wish, but this will still trigger a change in the wisher. Furthermore, each change is unnoticed by the wisher or anyone that heard the wish, until someone that did not hear the wish brings up the change.
