Again, this was The Substitution Stone, so Karyn's wish wasn't granted the way she wanted it to. Instead, her wish was changed to "I wish Mikey was naked and desperately wanted to play me."
Suddenly, Mikey was completely naked. It was just as Karyn wanted, except for the next part.
Karyn felt herself contorting and getting smaller. She yelled out for help, but it came out as a gargled croak. And when her metamorphosis was complete, all that was left in Karyn's place was a hand-held video game ... and next to it - the stone.
When Mikey saw the video game, his eyes went wide with excitement. He eagerly grabbed it off the floor and started to play it. "Cool! I always wanted to play this game."
Jon couldn't stop staring. What had happened to Karyn? Did she really just turn into a video game? "Game?" Jon asked, still in a state of shock.
"Yeah," Mikey said. "It's called 'Karyn: Super Slut'."
Oh god! Jon thought. Karyn really was a video game.
